Branch Operations Manager
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the daily business of a small distribution center; including management of inventory, distribution of product and customer service. Approximately 80% of the Manager's time will be involved in warehouse operations. 20% of time may be delivery of product.
Primary Responsibilities for Warehouse Operations Manager includes:
First and foremost, a strong work ethic is a must
Strong computer skills and attention to detail are critical
Ability to effectively relate and communicate with customers is key
Pulling units for branch loads using computer and forklift
Loading and unloading trailers using forklift
Placing units on warehouse racking
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
Requirements
Experience driving 20-24 ft Box truck, at least 1 year is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills are critical
Solid Computer skills and attention to detail are critical
Ability to use a GPS system is necessary
Politely serving customers is key
Automotive knowledge is helpful, but NOT necessary. However, the willingness to learn and develop an interest in our industry is a must!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
